The Company

The name of our company was born from the union of the first headquarters of our company in Santarem, whose Roman name wasScalabis, and the first activity, the management of petroleum products SCALABITOLEO.

We are a Portuguese company founded in 1997, residing in Santarem, dedicated to the import, distribution and sale of petroleum products.

Subsequently extened to agricultural activities, changing the registered office at Campo Maior (Nossa Senhora dos Degolados). Always having an innovative spirit, in 2008 we began using unnamed aerials sprayers crop observation and surveillance. When spectral and thermal cameras decreased in size, we begin to use them to strengthen control in crops, allowing moisture found in different areas as well as other pests and crop diseases. And sometimes when you have asked us, we have assisted in controlling fires and rescue.

With the expertise we have gained in the UAV teams in recent years, we decied to make it avaible to other companies to offer our expertise to various business sectors such as construction, agriculture, electricity, water service, photography, surveillance, rescue, etc.

Throughout these years, we have had problems in maintenance, since most of the companies that sell this type drones are shops dedicated to hobby and mateur, and thereforce targeting a different audience and not professional.
